Delivery Terms and Conditions

National Delivery 

We are able to deliver flowers throughout mainland UK Tuesday - Friday. Orders received by 10am will be delivered, by courier, the following day by 5.30pm. We cannot guarantee next day delivery for orders received after 10.00am. We cannot confirm a specific time. 

Flowers are transported in an upright box, packed with tissue and the stems are wrapped with wet cotton wadding to maintain freshness during delivery. 

Should the recipient not be there when the delivery is made, the courier will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbour and post a card to the recipient to advise. If this is not possible, the flowers will be returned to the depot and a card posted to the recipient.

It is the responsibility of the recipient to contact the courier, to arrange re-delivery. Should this not occur, the flowers will be returned to us for disposal and no refund can be given.

We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect information regarding the delivery address, which subsequently results in non delivery of the flowers. Again, no refund can be given.

Substitution of flowers

We will always endeavour to send identical flowers to those that you have selected from the web site. However, in some instances, it is necessary to substitute certain flowers. Whenever this is the case, we will replace with flowers of equivalent value, whilst ensuring that the overall style of the bouquet is as close as possible, to what you originally selected.

Should substitution not be possible without totally altering the content of the bouquet, we will contact you to discuss the alternative choices.
